UAE Indian Embassy updates passport and consular service process

Indian nationals in the UAE can access passport, visa and consular services through designated Indian Consular Application Centres across the country.

The Indian Embassy in Abu Dhabi and the Consulate General of India in Dubai have shifted services to outsourced centres as part of a revised service arrangement.

Applicants can book appointments online, with appointment slots released twice daily. Services are available at designated centres from 8am to 6pm.

The revised system covers passport, visa and attestation services, with applicants required to select the appropriate service category and provide accurate information when booking appointments.

Tatkal passport applications, newborn cases, Emergency Certificates and services for senior citizens are also available on a walk-in basis at the designated centres.
