Condor Launches Daily Year-Round Flights Between Berlin and Abu Dhabi
Condor has introduced a daily, year-round service between Berlin and Abu Dhabi, with its codeshare partnership with Etihad Airways enabling passengers to access onward connections across both airlines’ networks.
Zayed International Airport announced the launch on Friday. Operated by an Airbus A320neo aircraft, the new route marks the first scheduled direct connection between the two capitals on Condor’s network.
The service allows passengers travelling from Berlin to connect to destinations across Etihad Airways’ network, while travellers departing from Abu Dhabi can access Condor’s destinations through Berlin and beyond.
The new route improves access to Abu Dhabi’s cultural and leisure attractions for visitors from Germany while strengthening commercial ties and connectivity between the two capitals.
Carsten Nørland, Chief Commercial Officer of Abu Dhabi Airports, said the daily, year-round service enhances direct connectivity between two dynamic, internationally focused capitals.
“Through our partnership with Condor and Etihad Airways, Zayed International Airport (AUH) is connecting Abu Dhabi with Berlin and beyond, supporting greater opportunities for tourism, business and trade while reinforcing Abu Dhabi’s position as a leading global destination,” he added.
